So I was over at Matty's loft tonight, and he was trying get me to try this thing called a Nettie Pot. Basically, it's a small pot with a small, long tip at the end of it where you stick it up your nose and let warm salt water come out the other nostril. It supposedly cleans out your sinuses from all the excess dirt and mucus that gets lodged up there. I was hesitant at first because I imagined it being like getting water in your nose when you're swimming. But since I easily give into per pressure, I tried it. It was a weird sensation at first, but in the end, my sinuses were totally cleared up and I could smell and taste things a whole lot better. I totally recommend this to anyone who is fighting a cold or just wants to clear their sinuses. You can get the pot at any Whole Foods or health food store. It works, plus it totally looks funny watching your friends do it.
